Ingredients |
| Flour shells(about 6)warm for better roling
canned chicken(12 1/2 oz.)
grated cheese cheddar
pepper
onion powder or onions
garlic powder
Optional:
jalapeno pepper
cyan pepper
sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small can cream of chicken
season to taste with above seasonings

Instructions |
| Mix chicken, cheese as much as you like, pepper, onion, and jalapeno pepper. Dump on edge of shell abd roll it up. Place in greased pan with a little sauce in the bottom of pan. For sauce mix cream of chicken, sour cream, a flavor to taste with pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, and cyan pepper. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top of the Enchiladas. Cook 1/2 hour at 350o. Put aluminum foil over the top in regular oven to keep them from drying out. Take aluminum foil off about 5 to 10 mins early so it is not runny. |
