Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
Flour shells(about 6)warm for better roling
canned chicken(12 1/2 oz.)
grated cheese cheddar
pepper
onion powder or onions
garlic powder
Optional:
jalapeno pepper
cyan pepper

sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small can cream of chicken
season to taste with above seasonings

Instructions
Mix chicken, cheese as much as you like, pepper, onion, and jalapeno pepper. Dump on edge of shell abd roll it up.
Place in greased pan with a little sauce in the bottom of pan.
For sauce mix cream of chicken, sour cream, a flavor to taste with pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, and cyan pepper. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top of the Enchiladas.
Cook 1/2 hour at 350o.
Put aluminum foil over the top in regular oven to keep them from drying out. Take aluminum foil off about 5 to 10 mins early so it is not runny.

Notes
optional: For cheese lovers. Grate a little cheese on the top after sauce is poured.
