Layered Pudding Cake

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
3/4 c. margerine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
cool-whip, large
vanilla instant pudding (large box)
chocolate instant pudding (large box)
grated chocolate

Instructions
Crust
Mix flour, margarine and nuts. Bake at 350o

Cream Cheese Layer
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the cool-whip. Spread evenly on the crust.

Pudding Layers
Mix vanilla pudding with 2 1/2 c. milk and spread it in the pan. Repeat with the chocolate pudding.

Topping
Top with remaining cool-whip
grate chocolate on top.

Notes
Cool each layer before adding the next. (9x13 pan)
