Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
10 oz. (1-1/25 c.) chocolate chps
1-1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter (softened)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Instructions
Preheat oven 375o.
Melt 3/4 c. chocolate chips, cool to room temperature.
In small bowl, combine flour, soda, & salt, set aside.
In large bowl, cream the butter sugars & vanilla.
Add melted chocolate & egg, beat well.
Blend in flour mixture. Stir in remaining 3/4 c. chips.
Drop rounded table spoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes on cookie sheet before removing.

Notes
Makes 18 1-1/2" cookies.
