Ingredients |
| Crust
1 cup chocolate graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
Cheesecake
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/3 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs

Instructions |
| Combine cookie crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of a 9" spring-form pan. Bake at 350o F. for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese sugar, vanilla and almond extract; blend well with mixer. Add eggs one at a time, blend melted chocolate into batter.
Spoon into crust and bake at 450o F. for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250o F. Continue baking for 30-40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Chill. |
