Chocolate Almond Cheesecake Ice Cream |

Ingredients |
| 1-3/4 cups cream
1-1/2 cups milk
3-4 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon almond flavor
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
5 egg yolks

Instructions |
| Steam the milk and cream while melting down the cream cheese. Add the sugar, cocoa and flavoring and complete steaming the milk.
In another container, whisk the egg yolks. Temper the eggs by slowly pouring the hot mixture into the container with the eggs while whisking it.
Whisk it now and then as it cools. Chill in the fridge before putting in your ice cream maker. |

| I make this in a Cuisinart 1.5 quart mixer and it gets pretty full. I'm forced to have some soft serve as it is just about done freezing. A 2 quart would be better. Sometimes I up the amount of almond and vanilla a little, but keep them equal. |
