1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 TBL baking powder
1/3 c. margarine or shortening
1 egg
1 c. milk

Instructions |
| mix dry ingredients, cut in margarine or shortening with fork or use mixer. Grease 9 by 9 pan or use cupcake papers in muffin pan.
Cook at 400 degrees F
9 by 9 about 20 mins
cake pan 9 by 13 15 mins
cupcake 12 mins
