Ingredients |
| 2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Instructions |
| Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into bowl. Add shortening and cut into flour with fork or pastry blender. Add milk and stir lightly until dough holds together. Roll dough out until 1/2" thick and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes. |
